    • 1 - 8 oz. package Cream Cheese
    • 2 cups marinated Artichoke Hearts drained & finely chopped (1-14 oz. jar)
    • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
    • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
    • 1/4 cup Jalapeño Chili finely chopped
    • 1/4 cup Green Onions sliced
    • 1 Tbsp. Garlic
    • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
    • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
    • 1/4 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce (such as Cholula)
    • 1 cup roasted and salted Pepitas (raw pumpkin seeds)
    • 1/3 cup roasted Red Bell Pepper (from a jar), chopped
    • 1 1/4 cup lump Crab meat thawed and drained
    • Salt to taste
    • Black Pepper to taste
    • Mission® Tortilla Chips


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Beat first 11 ingredients in a mixer. Fold in the pepitas, red bell pepper and crab meat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    2. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Serve with Mission Tortilla Chips.
