- 1 - 8 oz. package Cream Cheese
- 2 cups marinated Artichoke Hearts drained & finely chopped (1-14 oz. jar)
- 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Jalapeño Chili finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Green Onions sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce (such as Cholula)
- 1 cup roasted and salted Pepitas (raw pumpkin seeds)
- 1/3 cup roasted Red Bell Pepper (from a jar), chopped
- 1 1/4 cup lump Crab meat thawed and drained
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Beat first 11 ingredients in a mixer. Fold in the pepitas, red bell pepper and crab meat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Serve with Mission Tortilla Chips.
