    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb gingersnap cookies
    • 16 oz brie cheese
    • 16 oz camembert cheese
    • 16 oz cheddar cheese, diced
    • 2 lbs crackers
    • 2 lbs french bread, sliced


    Instructions


    1. Arrange gingersnap cookies, brie cheese, camembert cheese, diced cheddar cheese, crackers and sliced French bread on serving tray.
    2. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
