GAME-TIME QUESADILLAS

- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. sirloin steak or flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 package Lawry's ® Fajitas Spices & Seasonings
- 1/4 cup water
- 10 Mission® Flour Tortillas - soft taco size
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack or pepper Jack cheese (about 8 oz.)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil and cook onion and green pepper over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until tender; remove from skillet.
- In same skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil and brown steak over high heat, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in Lawry's ® Fajitas Spices & Seasonings and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 minutes.
- Return vegetables to skillet and heat through, about 2 minutes.
- On 5 tortillas, evenly spread steak mixture, then sprinkle with cheese. Top with remaining tortillas, then brush lightly with water.
- On baking sheet, arrange tortillas. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
