    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbsp. oil
    • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    • 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
    • 1 lb. sirloin steak or flank steak, thinly sliced
    • 1 package Lawry's ® Fajitas Spices & Seasonings
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 10 Mission® Flour Tortillas - soft taco size
    • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack or pepper Jack cheese (about 8 oz.)


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350°.
    2. In 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil and cook onion and green pepper over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until tender; remove from skillet.
    3. In same skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil and brown steak over high heat, about 3 minutes.
    4. Stir in Lawry's ® Fajitas Spices & Seasonings and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 minutes.
    5. Return vegetables to skillet and heat through, about 2 minutes.
    6. On 5 tortillas, evenly spread steak mixture, then sprinkle with cheese. Top with remaining tortillas, then brush lightly with water.
    7. On baking sheet, arrange tortillas. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
