- 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1 can (11 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T chopped pimientos
- 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir in artichoke hearts, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped pimientos and hot pepper sauce. Spoon into an ovenproof baking dish.
- Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers or French bread slices, if desired.
