Hot Dilled Olives

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pints large green olives, pitted
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 red chiles
- 3 to 4 tsp chopped fresh dill or dill seeds
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 T good-quality olive oil
- 5 T white wine vinegar
Instructions
- Drain the olives and put them in a clean jar. Add spices, oil and vinegar.
- Allow to marinate 2 days. Keep refrigerated.
Final Comments
Makes 3 cups.
