Irish Pub Cheese Spread

List of Ingredients
- 8 oz. Dubliner Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. Guinness Beer
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp. parsley, minced
Instructions
- Put all ingredients, except parsley, into blender or food processor. Mix. Spoon into ramekins. Top with parsley.
- Serve cold with our famous French Rounds, crackers or vegetables.
