For a delicious, low-fat munchie, try this recipe and bring a taste of Italy to the party.
List of Ingredients
- 1 (12") Italian bread shell
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp minced onion, dried
- 1/2 tsp thyme leaves, dried
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup thinly sliced vegetables (such as red bell pepper, zucchini, or mushrooms)
- 1 can (2.2 oz) sliced black olives, drained
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place bread shell on baking sheet. In a bowl, toss together next 6 ingredients; spread mixture over bread shell.
- Top with olives and parmesan cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cut into 2" squares.
