    For a delicious, low-fat munchie, try this recipe and bring a taste of Italy to the party.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (12") Italian bread shell
    • 1 T olive oil
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
    • 1 tsp minced onion, dried
    • 1/2 tsp thyme leaves, dried
    • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 cup thinly sliced vegetables (such as red bell pepper, zucchini, or mushrooms)
    • 1 can (2.2 oz) sliced black olives, drained
    • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place bread shell on baking sheet. In a bowl, toss together next 6 ingredients; spread mixture over bread shell.
    2. Top with olives and parmesan cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cut into 2" squares.
