- 2 lbs. chicken drummettes
- 1/4 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 1 Tbsp. Lawry's ® Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp. Lawry's ® Seasoned Pepper
- 1 tsp. grated lime peel
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- In large bowl, toss chicken with lime juice; set side.
- In large resealable plastic bag, combine Lawry's ® Garlic Salt, Lawry's ® Seasoned Pepper and lime peel. Add chicken mixture; turn to coat. On broiler pan with rack, arrange chicken. Bake, turning once, 50 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
