Recipe Introduction


This pretty wreath will add a festive touch to your holiday table. If you like, assemble and garnish it ahead of time. When your guests arrive, add the crackers and serve.





List of Ingredients



• 2 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  
• 1 pkg (8 oz) shredded mild cheddar cheese
  
• 1 T each chopped red bell pepper and finely chopped green onion
  
• 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  
• 1 tsp lemon juice
  
• dash ground red pepper
  






Instructions



1. Beat cream cheese and cheddar cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
   
2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate several hours.
   
3. Place drinking glass, about 3" in diameter, in center of serving platter. Drop rounded T of mixture around glass, just touching outer edge of glass to form ring; smooth with spatula. Remove glass. Garnish with chopped parsley and red bell pepper. Serve with assorted crackers.
