Spicy Black Bean Dip not only tastes sensational, but it is also nutritious. Guests will appreciate this low calorie, no fat, no cholesterol dip.
List of Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, undrained
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp oregano, dried
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
Instructions
- Drain beans, reserving 2 T liquid. Rinse and drain beans. Combine beans, reserved liquid, cumin, chili powder, oregano, garlic salt, and red pepper in food processor. Cover and process until beans are coarsely chopped.
- Transfer mixture to a small saucepan; cook over medium-low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
