Spinach and Artichoke Dip

- 10 oz package of frozen, chopped spinach, drained
- 1 can artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
