    Stuffed Artichoke Bottoms

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cans (14 oz each) artichoke bottoms, drained
    • 2 pkg (one 8 oz, one 3 oz) cream cheese, softened
    • 3 garlic cloves, minced
    • 2 tsp minced chives
    • 1 tsp minced fresh oregano or 1/4 tsp dried oregano
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Cut a thin slice from bottoms of artichokes to level if necessary. Place in a greased 15-in x 10-in x 1-in baking pan.
    2. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, garlic, chives and oregano. Spoon into artichokes; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 22-26 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.

    Yield: 1 1/2 dozen
