Stuffed Artichoke Bottoms

List of Ingredients
- 2 cans (14 oz each) artichoke bottoms, drained
- 2 pkg (one 8 oz, one 3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp minced chives
- 1 tsp minced fresh oregano or 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cut a thin slice from bottoms of artichokes to level if necessary. Place in a greased 15-in x 10-in x 1-in baking pan.
- In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, garlic, chives and oregano. Spoon into artichokes; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 22-26 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
