- 15 oz Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
- 3 oz basil pesto
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- Salt and Pepper
- 45 Crimini mushrooms with stems removed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375�F.
- Place Ricotta Cheese and pesto in a food processor or mixing bowl. Add lemon juice and season to taste. Mix until smooth. Spoon the Ricotta mixture into the cavity of the mushroom.
- Bake for 5-8 minutes. Serve immediately.
