- •1 cup mixed fresh berries (Marg likes to mix with cut-up papaya, too)
- •1/2 cup nonfat frozen yogurt
- •1 tbsp flax oil (optional)
- •Handful ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend ingredients together until smooth, and serve cold.
