    Melon Batidos

    Batidos are Latino milk shakes or smoothies.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups seeded watermelon chunks
    • 2 cups melon chunks (your choice)
    • 6 T low-fat sweetened condensed milk
    • 2 T lime juice
    • 3 cups crushed ice
    • Garnish (optional): melon chunks with rind


    Instructions


    1. In blender, puree watermelon and other melon. Add condensed milk and lime juice; top with ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into 4 (12-oz) glasses.
    2. Garnish each drink with melon chunks on wooden pick, if desired.

    Makes 4 servings.

    Per serving: 142 calories, 2 g fat
