Spiced Brazilian Mocha

- 2 cups freshly brewed coffee, any variety, brewed double strength
- 1 square unsweetened baking chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 tsps vanilla
Instructions
- Heat coffee and chocolate in heavy saucepan on very low heat, stirring constantly with wire whisk until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Bring to boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Gradually stir in milk and vanilla. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
- Pour into large cups or mugs. Garnish each serving with thawed whipped topping and additional ground cinnamon.
