Buttermilk Cheese Loaf

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cheddar cheese -- shredded
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients & cheese. Set aside.
- Beat buttermilk, oil & eggs with rotary beater until well blended.
- Add all at once to flour mixture & mix just until moist.
- Pour into a greased 9x5x3 inch pan & bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minuts or until toothpick inserted
in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Invert on rack & cool.
