    Chocolate Chunk Sour Cream Muffins

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 cup butter, melted
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 4 ounce package German Sweet Chocolate, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven 375 degrees.
    2. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, stir eggs, milk, sour cream, butter, and vanilla. Add flour mixture, stirring until just moistened. Stir in chocolate.
    3. Fill lined muffin pans 2/3 full of the batter and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool on wire rack.
