Chocolate Chunk Sour Cream Muffins

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 4 ounce package German Sweet Chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven 375 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, stir eggs, milk, sour cream, butter, and vanilla. Add flour mixture, stirring until just moistened. Stir in chocolate.
- Fill lined muffin pans 2/3 full of the batter and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool on wire rack.
