Cranberry Cream Cheese Muffins

- 1 cup softened butter
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Cream butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat eggs in one at a time. Fold in flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in cranberries and pecans.
- Spray 12 large muffin cups with non stick spray. Fill cups 2/3 full and sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
