    Hawaiian Bread


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (28-oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    • 1 (10-oz) pkg moist flaked coconut
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 1/2 cups sugar
    • 4 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 2 tsp baking soda


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease two 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pans. set aside.
    2. Combine all ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix. Spoon into prepared pans.
    3. Bake for 1 hour or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool on wire rack.
    4. Wrap tightly to store.
