Pumpkin Biscuits
List of Ingredients
- 3 cups biscuit mix (Bisquick)
- 3 T light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 15 oz can solid pack pumpkin
- extra flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Lightly grease cookie sheet.
- In large bowl toss biscuit mix, brown sugar and spices. Stir in pumpkin to make very soft dough. Place large sheet of waxed paper on counter and sprinkle with flour. Dump dough onto wax papaer and sprinkle with more flour. Flour hands well and pat dough into square or rectangle about 1/2" thick. Use knife to cut dough into about 24 squares. Lift biscuits gently to cookie sheet with floured spatula.
- Bake about 20 minutes or until cooked. Serve warm with softened butter.
