    If you love pumpkin pie, you'll love this moist, mouth-watering loaf bread. Canned pumpkin and spices give it that classic, holiday bread flavor.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 T pumpkin pie spice
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 3/4 tsp salt
    • 1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkins
    • 2 cups packed brown sugar
    • 1 cup apple juice
    • 4 large eggs
    • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
    • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
    • 1 cup chopped nuts, divided


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
    2. Sift flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda and salt into medium bowl. Combine pumpkin, sugar, juice, eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla in large bowl; stir well. Stir in flour mixture and 3/4 cup nuts just until moistened. Spoon into prepared loaf pans. Sprinkle remaining nuts over top of loaves.
    3. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely.
