    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (2 lb) pkg frozen hash browns
    • 16 oz sour cream
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese (sharp is best)


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
    2. Place potatoes in pan. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. In a bowl add minced onions, and mix together sour cream, and cream of chicken soup. Pour over potatoes; sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese and butter, that has been cut into cubes. Bake for 35 minutes.
