Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole

- 1 (2 lb) pkg frozen hash browns
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese (sharp is best)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
- Place potatoes in pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl add minced onions, and mix together sour cream, and cream of chicken soup. Pour over potatoes; sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese and butter, that has been cut into cubes. Bake for 35 minutes.
