- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
- 1 box (14 oz) gingerbread mix
- 3 cups reduced fat granola cereal
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 12" x 8" baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the egg with the water. Beat with a fork until blended. Stir in the gingerbread mix just until moistened. Add the granola. Stir to combine.
- Pour into the prepared pan. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the bars spring back when pressed with the fingertips. Cool in the pan on a rack.
