Recipe Introduction
One bite of this fabulous bar and you will be in heaven. The rich coffee flavor topped off with creamy COOL WHIP® makes this an irresistible dessert.
List of Ingredients
- 15 whole chocolate graham crackers, divided
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, softened
- 3-1/2 cups cold milk
- 3 packages (4-serving size each) JELL-O® Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
- 1 tablespoon MAXWELL HOUSE® Instant Coffee
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tub (8 ounces) COOL WHIP® Whipped Topping, thawed
- 1 square BAKER'S® Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, grated or 3 tablespoons chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- ARRANGE half of the crackers in bottom of 13×9-inch pan, cutting crackers to fit, if necessary.
- BEAT cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Gradually beat in 1 cup milk. Add remaining milk, pudding mixes, instant coffee and cinnamon. Beat 1 to 2 minutes. (Mixture will be thick.) Gently stir in 2 cups whipped topping.
- SPREAD half of the pudding mixture over crackers in pan. Arrange remaining crackers over pudding in pan. Top with remaining pudding mixture. Cover with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
- FREEZE 3 hours or overnight. Cut into bars. Garnish as desired.
