- 1 (9") double pie shell, unbaked
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 cups fresh blueberries (if using frozen, partially thaw)
- 2 T butter
- milk, as needed
- sugar, as needed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Stir together flour, sugar, and cinnamon; mix with blueberries. Turn into pastry-lined pan; dot with butter. Cover with top crust , seal, flute and make slits on top. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 375 and bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
