- CRISCO® Classic Pie Crust, unbaked
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup self-rising flour
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Prepare CRISCO Classic Crust as directed; do not bake.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, sugar, melted butter, buttermilk, and vanilla; whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded coconut.
- Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake 1 hour or until the center is set.
