    • CRISCO® Classic Pie Crust, unbaked
    • 3 eggs
    • 1/3 cup self-rising flour
    • 1-1/2 cups sugar
    • 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
    • 3/4 cup buttermilk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 cup shredded coconut


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Prepare CRISCO Classic Crust as directed; do not bake.
    2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour, sugar, melted butter, buttermilk, and vanilla; whisk until smooth.
    3. Stir in the shredded coconut.
    4. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.

    5. Bake 1 hour or until the center is set.
