Creamy Frozen Lime Pie

- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 1/4 cup (14 oz. can) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup undiluted evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 prepared 8 inch pie crust
Instructions
- In a small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk. Beat until smooth. With mixer on medium speed, add lime juice and beat for 1 minute. Pour into pie crust. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Let stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 mintues and garnish with lime slices, berries or mint sprigs before serving.
