Bundt cakes, pound cakes, angel food cakes, and chiffon cakes all look pretty on their own. They will always look (and taste) better, though, when drizzled with a little glaze.
List of Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder or instant coffee
- Pinch table salt
Instructions
- Mix all the glaze ingredients together until smooth, then let sit until thickened, about 25 minutes.
- Pour the glaze over the top of the cake after it has completely cooled, allowing the glaze to drip down the sides. Let set before serving, about 10 minutes.
