Creamy Frozen Key Lime Pie

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 prepared 8" cookie crumb pie crust
- 1 cup undiluted evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk; beat until smooth. With mixer on medium speed, add lime juice and beat for 1 minute. Pour into pie crust, freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Let stand at room temperature 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish with berries or mint sprigs before serving.
