    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 oz)
    • 2 cups cold milk
    • 1 pkg (4-serving size) vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
    • 2 T grated lime peel
    • 1 tub (8 oz) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
    • 8 lime slices (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix and lime peel. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes or until smooth. (Mixture will be thick.)
    2. Immediately stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
    3. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and lime slices.
