- 1 Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust (6 oz)
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 pkg (4-serving size) vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 2 T grated lime peel
- 1 tub (8 oz) frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- 8 lime slices (optional)
Instructions
- Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix and lime peel. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes or until smooth. (Mixture will be thick.)
- Immediately stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and lime slices.
