Fresh Blackberry Pie

- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell with top crust
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 Tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups blackberries -- fresh
- 2 Tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon & salt together & carefully blend through the berries. Pour berries into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Cover
with top crust, flute edges & vent top. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce oven heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes longer, or until golden brown.
