Honey Pumpkin Pie
List of Ingredients
- 1 (9") pie crust, unbaked
- 1 can (29 oz) pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1 pint fresh whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, beat together the pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, honey, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
- Pour mixture into an unbaked shell. Bake for 55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean. Serve warm or cold with fresh whipped cream.
