Margarita Ice Cream Pie

- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1- 10 ounce can of Margarita fruit mixer concentrate, thawed
- 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
- 2 or 3 drops green food coloring
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ice cream, Margarita mix, orange peel, and green food coloring until blended. Pour into pie crust and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Let the pie stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
