Pumpkin Cake




List of Ingredients



• 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  
• 2 cups sugar
  
• 4 eggs
  
• 3 cups flour
  
• 2 tsp baking soda
  
• 2 tsp baking powder
  
• 3 tsp cinnamon
  
• 1 tsp salt
  
• 2 cups canned pumpkin
  
• 1/2 cup nuts, optional
  
• powdered sugar
  






Instructions



1. Blend oil and sugar in mixer. Add eggs, one at a time and mix. Sift dry ingredients and add to rest of mixture. Finally add nuts and pumpkin and blend well until smooth. Pour batter into tube pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
   
2. When cool, top with powdered sugar.
