    Quick Peanut Butter Pound Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
    • 3 eggs
    • 2/3 cup milk
    • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
    • 1 small instant vanilla pudding


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Blend well. Beat on medium speed for 5 minutes.
    3. Pour mixture into a greased and floured 13" x 9" pan.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
    5. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
