    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery soup*
    • 1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup*
    • 1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup*
    • 1 small onion, chopped
    • 1 1/2 cups convereted rice, uncooked
    • 1 3/4 cups water
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 6 skinless chicken breasts


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 13" x 9" baking dish with cooking spray.
    2. Mix together soups, onion, rice, water and pepper. Spoon half of the rice mixture on the bottom of greased baking dish. Arrange chicken over top and spoon remaining rice mixture on top.
    3. Cover and bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes.


    Final Comments


    Yield: 6 servings.

    *Useful Tip: Use the reduced fat soups, to cut back on fat, calories and salt.
