Chicken Broccoli Noodle Casserole

- 1 box (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, cooked tender
- 1 can (10 to 12 oz.) white chunk chicken (drained)
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 small (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (6 oz.) bag of yolk-free noodles, cooked and drained
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or spray a 9x13x2-inch baking dish. Set aside.
- In a medium-size bowl place the cooked broccoli, chicken, onion, soup, buttermilk and the ranch dressing stirring to mix well, then mix in the salt and pepper and fold in the noodles. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Then sprinkle the top of casserole with the bread crumbs.
- Bake about 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly throughout casserole.
