    Dump Corn Casserole


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (15 oz) can drained kernel corn
    • 1 (15 oz) can cream corn
    • 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
    • 1 (8 1/2 oz) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 egg, slightly beaten


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Dump all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix very well and dump into 13" x 9" baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
    3. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. It will be very creamy.
