List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1-1/2 c. frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 1 c. chunky salsa
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 1 c. corn chips, crushed
Instructions
- Brown meat, onion and pepper in a skillet; drain.
- Add corn, salsa, Cheddar cheese and pepper.
- Spray a 10" pie plate with non-stick vegetable spray. Place meat mixture in pie plate; top with crushed chips.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.
