Turkey and Rice Casserole

- 1 cup rice, uncooked (not instant)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 soup cans of water
- 2 lbs turkey breast tenderloin or turkey breast strips (cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter a 9" x 11" baking dish. Cover bottom of dish with 1 cup uncooked rice.
- Mix both soups and water together. Pour mixture over rice in pan.
- Mix turkey and butter together and distribute evenly over soup/rice mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, for about 1 hour, or until rice is soft. Stir gently froms ides and bottom of dish, every 20 minutes.
