    Turkey and Rice Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup rice, uncooked (not instant)
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 can cream of celery soup
    • 2 soup cans of water
    • 2 lbs turkey breast tenderloin or turkey breast strips (cut into bite-size pieces
    • 1/2 stick butter, melted


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Butter a 9" x 11" baking dish. Cover bottom of dish with 1 cup uncooked rice.
    3. Mix both soups and water together. Pour mixture over rice in pan.
    4. Mix turkey and butter together and distribute evenly over soup/rice mixture.
    5. Bake, uncovered, for about 1 hour, or until rice is soft. Stir gently froms ides and bottom of dish, every 20 minutes.
