Wild Rice Turkey Dish

Recipe Introduction
This is such a great way to use up leftover turkey. It also tastes wonderful.
List of Ingredients
- 6 cups cooked wild rice
- 3 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 3 celery ribs, sliced
- 1 1/3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 13x9x2-inch pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
- Pour into baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
