Cappuccino Cheesecake

- 1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped
- 2 T sugar
- 3 T butter, melted
- 32 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 T flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 T instant coffee powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 cup boiling water
Instructions
- Combine finely chopped nuts, 2 T sugar, and melted butter; press onto bottom of 9" springform cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Dissolve instant coffee powder and cinnamon in boiling water. Let sit until cool.
- In bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar,and flour, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream. Gradually add cooled coffee mixture to cream cheese mixture, mixing until well blended. Pour over crust.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees and continue baking for 1 hour. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing from pan.
- Chill.
