Frozen Peppermint Cheesecake

• 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
  
• 1/4 cup sugar
  
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
  
• 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  
• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  
• 1 cup crushed hard peppermint candy
  
• 3 drops red food coloring
  
• 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
  






Instructions



1. Combine first 3 ingredients; firmly press onto bottom and 1" up sides of 9" springform pan. Chill.
   
   
2. Beat cream cheese at high speed with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add condensed milk, peppermint candy, and food coloring; beat well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan.
   
   
3. Cover and freeze until firm.
   
   
4. Garnish, if desired, with candies
