    Quick and Easy Lemon Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 graham cracker crust, baked
    • 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
    • 2 cups milk
    • 1 pkg lemon instant pudding
    • whipped cream, optional


    Instructions


    1. In a small mixer bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add the milk; beat until well blended. Add the pudding; beat 1 minute. Pour into cooled crust. Chill well.

    2. Top with a sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs and serve with whipped cream, if desired.
