    Chocolate-Peppermint Crinkles


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate
    • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 2 tsp peppermint extract
    • 3 eggs
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 2 cups flour
    • 2 tsp baking powder
    • confectioner's sugar for finishing


    Instructions


    1. Melt chocolate in double boiler and allow to cool.
    2. Mix chocolate, oil, sugar and peppermint. Beat in eggs. Stir in milk. Add flour and baking powder. Chill until firm.
    3. Roll tablespoon size balls in confectioner's sugar and bake in 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
    4. Dust again with confectioner's sugar while warm, if desired.
