• 1 cup sugar
  
• 1 cup brown sugar
  
• 1 1/4 cups shortening
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• 1 tsp baking soda
  
• 2 cups flour
  
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
  
• 2 cups cornflakes
  
• 2 cups coconut
  






Instructions



1. Cream sugar, brown sugar, and shortening together. Add eggs, vanilla, salt, and soda. Stir in flour and baking powder, cornflakes and coconut until well-mixed.
   
2. Drop by teaspoons on a cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
