List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter -- softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup crispy rice cereal
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, sugar & brown sugar. Beat
in vanilla & egg. Stir in flour, baking powder &
salt. Mix in oats, coconut & chocolate chips.
Gently stir in crisp rice cereal. Roll batter
into small balls; place on prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake 15-20 minutes.
