List of Ingredients



• 1 3/4 cups flour
  
• 1 tsp baking soda
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• 1/2 cup shortening
  
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
  
• 1/2 cup sugar
  
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
  
• 1 egg
  
• 2 T milk
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
   
2. Cream together shortening, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar. Then add the egg and milk.
   
3. Mix in remaining dry ingredients. Shape into balls, roll in sugar. Put on ungreased cookie sheet.
   
4. Bake for 8 minutes. Press in unwrapped chocolate kiss till cookies crack and bake for 2-5 minutes more.
