Key Lime-White Chocolate Cookies

List of Ingredients



• 1/2 cup butter, softened
  
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  
• 2 T sugar
  
• 1 egg
  
• 1 1/2 tsps vanilla
  
• 2 1/3 cups baking mix
  
• 1 pkg (6 oz) white chocolate (white baking bars), cut into chunks
  
• 1 T grated lime peel
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter, sugars, egg and vanilla in large bowl until well mixed. Stir in baking mix. Stir in white chocolate chunks and lime peel.
   
2. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
   
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set but not brown. Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.
